Notes for Custom Pattern Uploads

1. File Format & Resolution

• Required Formats: Upload vector files (.svg, .ai, .eps) for scalable designs, or high-resolution raster files (.png, .jpg) with 300 DPI minimum.
  • Vector files are preferred for sharp, resizeable details (e.g., logos, text).
  • Raster files must be free of pixelation; avoid low-quality screenshots or compressed images.
• Avoid: .docx, .pdf (unless vector-based), or low-resolution files (e.g., <100 DPI).

2. Design Clarity & Complexity

• Simplify for Engraving:
  • Fine lines (<0.5mm) or intricate details may not render clearly on small surfaces or certain materials (e.g., wood, acrylic).
  • Avoid overly dense patterns; test for legibility in a preview.
• Color Considerations:
  • Laser engraving is typically monochrome (e.g., dark marks on light materials). Specify if you need grayscale shading or depth variations.

3. Material & Size Compatibility

• Specify Material: Indicate the product material (e.g., metal, wood, glass) and thickness to help us adjust laser settings or printing techniques.
• Size & Placement:
  • Provide the desired dimensions (width x height) and placement area (e.g., "fit within a 3x3 inch circle on the product’s surface").

4. Legal & Copyright Compliance

• Ensure the pattern does not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
• For logos, characters, or licensed designs, you are solely responsible for ensuring proper authorization. We will not be liable for any legal issues arising from unauthorized designs.
• We reserve the right to reject designs with offensive, illegal, or plagiarized content.

5. Proofing & Revisions

• Preview Process: You will get the preview image once you finish the custom design on our website, and we will send you a order confirmation Email in 24 hours.
• Revisions: Notify us of any adjustments (e.g., scaling, color changes, detail fixes) before production. Final approval is required to proceed. View more details.
